Website & Waitlist Terms
These terms cover the Orrio website and its free waitlist. Any future feature developments will be covered by updated terms and privacy information before they are offered.
1. Operator and contact
The website is operated by Orrio. Contact: support@orrio.app.
2. The current service
The website introduces a project for connected animal identity and health records and lets you register interest as a pet parent, veterinary professional or rescue organisation. Examples and planned features are illustrative. Joining does not guarantee access, a launch date, availability in your country, a particular feature or a place in a clinical service.
3. Joining the waitlist
Joining is free and creates no payment obligation. Use an email address you control and select the role that best describes your interest. Please join only if you are at least 18. If acting for an organisation, you must be authorised to do so. Do not register another person without their permission.
The signup notice asks for your consent to launch-related emails. We do not subscribe you to unrelated marketing or charge you by joining. You may leave the waitlist and withdraw consent by emailing support@orrio.app. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. Any future paid service requires a separate offer and your agreement.
4. Responsible use
Do not submit fraudulent registrations, impersonate a veterinarian or organisation, interfere with the website, distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or use the form for spam. Do not send animal medical files or other people’s personal information through the waitlist form. We may reject abusive registrations or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or to protect others.
5. Content and animal health
Orrio’s branding, website design and original content belong to their respective rights holders. You may view and share links to the website and use content as permitted by law; no ownership rights are transferred. You retain rights in information you submit, subject to our use of it to operate the waitlist as described in the Privacy Policy.
Read our Animal Health & Safety guidance. The website is not a source of individual veterinary advice, an emergency service or an official animal travel-document service. Seek care and official certification from the appropriate professionals and authorities.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the website accurate and available but errors, interruptions and project changes can occur. We may update or discontinue the waitlist and correct information. This does not remove rights you have under applicable law. A new purpose for your data will require an appropriate legal basis and updated information; changes to these terms do not expand your marketing consent.
7. Responsibility and your legal rights
Responsibility for loss or damage is determined by applicable law. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer rights. These terms impose no blanket indemnity, compulsory arbitration or exclusive foreign court on you.
8. Questions and updates
Contact support@orrio.app with questions, concerns or a request to leave the waitlist. We will date changes on this page and provide additional notice where legally required. No future service or material new obligation is accepted merely by joining the current waitlist.
